Stawberry Mille Crepe, Strawberry Madeleines and Matcha Madeleines

In celebration for completing the Law School Admissions Test, I decided to tackle some new flavors of familiar sweets. 

 Yes, I use two spatulas to flip my crepes... *beginner*

  3. hi! I just discovered your blog and im a big fan of the anime. Btw, I really want to be a pastry chef but my mom wont allow me. so now, i'm thinking of practicing by myself. But of course before that i still need the needed materials to be used. Can you pls give the complete list of the utensils?

  4. Just browsing through the blog, love it! I remember giving the mille crepe a try before, like way back, but I didn't put any strawberries 'cause my boyfriend doesn't like them. I just put cream in the middle of the layers, and they turned out lovely!

  5. Wow!!! I'm so impressed that you made these!!! I tried making a coffee pound cake like the one in the first round of the cake grand pix, it was alright.. I'm aming to become a patissiere ^~^ my mom is a pastry chef, so I get some practice in, since its summer. I'll be keeping a close eye on ur blog, I <3 it

This is my favourite anime as well and I've made madeleines, yogurt bread, crepes, pound cake and an ichigo tart but my recipes come from the Kitchen Princess Manga Book!Which I as soo thankful they put in!! All of the food you have made looks delicious!! I really want to make the baumkuchen and the flan but i do not have the necessary equipment. So I'm hoping to get a steamer soon so I can make the flan! Not too sure about what to do about the baumkuchen though.

    1. For the baumkuchen, try using the same method as the girl's dorm mistress used. She explains how she did it in S1 ep 21.
