I know that I haven't posted in... two years? It is because I lost access to the show's episodes. If anybody knows of where I can get free access from the USA to the episodes, I will continue to post recipes and keep testing them out. Please help if you would like me to continue. Thank you!

  3. I think the anime is finished. Most animes I've watched only have two seasons. The mangas usually continue(the only downside to them is tthe lack of theme music, which Yumeiro Patissiere has a beautiful selection of).

  13. Ingredients
    10gm Konnyaku Powder
    200gm Castor sugar
    1.5 Liter water
    100gm Coffeemate / Creamer
    200gm Mango Concentrate
Nata de Coco (as much as you want)

    Method

Mix Konnyaku powder and castor sugar together in a bowl .
Bring the water to a boil, add in creamer and stir until dissolve.
Slowly spoon in the sugar and konnyaku powder mixture.
Set to low fire, stir well and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir one a while.
Fill the pudding moulds with Nata de Coco.
Turn the fire off, and stir in the Mango Concentrate. Stir to mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the moulds, let stand in for a while, then transfer to the fridge to chill and set before serving.

That is the recipe for Angels Pudding. Its a vanilla mango pudding.

  26. Hi Nikki

I'm not sure if you still keep an eye on your blog from time to time but meanwhile you can watch Yumeiro Pâtissiere on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wEedlMHkfE&list=PLtYmSNI1sf0jxEgU9BnRPve38_sQ6o-qr&index=5

I actually downloaded all of them so I can keep them for sure ;)

I wonder if you're an advocate now or went straight to being a pro-pastry chef or something else entirely.

    Best Regards from Switzerland!
