I made creme caramel a few months ago, an...Awesome! I made creme caramel a few months ago, and it came out perfect. I brought it to a dinner party and it was popular! To get rid of the cavities/bubbles on the outside, I suggest you sift the creme mixture once or twice, and then spoon out the bubbles. Oh, and I don't know about you, but I absotooootly love scraping the sugar on the bottom of the ramekins and licking it! :)Charlottenoreply@blogger.com
